At Amor Engraved, each piece is a labor of love, meticulously personalized in our atelier. Please allow for a processing and engraving period of 1-2 business days before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, we provide priority nationwide delivery to ensure your keepsake arrives safely. Estimated transit times are typically 2-5 business days.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping on all our products, If a rush order is needed we offer next day air delivery for an additional charge.
Our Policy on Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our personalized jewelry, custom-engraved pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the engraving process has begun. Non-personalized lifestyle items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error in your personalization, please contact our concierge team at your earliest convenience. We are committed to ensuring your heirloom is perfect and will prioritize the replacement of any defective items.
Refund Process
Approved refunds for eligible non-custom items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our boutique. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
